Responsibilities
- 操作和監控屋宇管理系統(BMS)
- 監控其他設施管理系統，如消防、照明、升降機等
- 記錄及執行對屋宇管理系統(BMS) 設置的更改
- 監控及報告異常室內溫度、濕度、技術警報等
- 記錄任何異常值，包括傳感器或相關屋宇管理系統(BMS)設備並報告
- 向工程主任/經理報告
- 執行上級委派的工作安排
Requirements
- 持有屋宇設備工程學／電機工程學文憑／證書或其他相關學科
- 持有效平安咭及持有註冊電器工人A牌者優先考慮
- 具3年或以上操作屋宇管理系統(BMS)工作經驗
- 能獨立處理屋宇管理系統(BMS)操作
- 良好溝通能力
- 能書寫中文及簡單英文報告
