Responsibilities
- 管理維修團隊進行日常大厦設施保養、安裝及維修工作
- 調查及維修故障的大厦設備以恢復正常運作
- 制定人手配置及編更
- 對各類型大厦設備進行安裝及測試
- 執行緊急維修工作
- 進行日常保養、安裝及維修大厦設施
Requirements
- 持有屋宇設備工程學／建築學文憑／證書或其他相關學科優先
- 持有效平安咭及持有註冊電器工人A牌者優先考慮
- 具6年或以上大厦維修工作經驗，包括2年主管級經驗
- 具大型商場/商廈工作經驗者優先考慮
- 能獨立處理大厦設備日常維修保養及監督工作
- 良好溝通能力
- 能書寫中文報告
