Administrative Assistant (Company Secretarial)

Responsibilities

  • Carry out company secretarial duties, e.g. preparation of annual return
  • Support the team in clerical and administrative duties, e.g. data entry, filing and preparation of payment vouchers etc.
  • Custodian of documents, including the acceptance of documents for safe custody, the provision of information and the release of documents
  • Assist in data entry, maintain and update database to ensure accuracy of custodian documents and reports

Requirements

  • Form 5, HKDSE or above
  • Minimum 2 years’ clerical experience
  • Good command of PC software including Microsoft word, excel and Chinese word processing
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese
  • Team spirit, self-motivated, responsible, reliable, hardworking, careful and work under pressure
