  • Work as a business partner with respective department heads in headcount planning, managing the recruitment process, suggesting appropriate talent acquisition channels, conducting interviews and recommending offerings for the assigned job levels to solve the managed departments’ staffing needs
  • Conduct talent needs analysis to support sourcing and staffing planning; implement the plans to optimize the recruitment cycle and talent requisition procedures
  • Manage the on-boarding process for the assigned job levels, including managing employment documents
  • Conduct exit interviews and employee demission analysis for the assigned job levels of the managed departments to identify reasons for employee turnover
  • Manage the development and maintenance of employee data records, personnel documentations, human resources policies and employee handbook
  • Implement the Group’s policies, standards, guidelines, mechanisms and procedures for human resources management in the managed departments to ensure alignment with the Group and statutory requirements as well as market trends
  • Assist the Group’s corporate social responsibilities programs and staff activities
  • Support any kind of special projects / initiatives of the department
  • Keep abreast with the latest market practices and statutory requirements to provide interpretation, analysis reports and recommendations to respective executives
  • Perform any ad hoc task as assigned


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 years’ of relevant work experience in human resources management, preferably in the property development industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, positive thinking, proactive, analytical, organized, detail-minded and committed
  • Team player, easy-going and customer-centric
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Less experience will be considered as Senior Officer – Human Resources
