Responsibilities
- Lead and implement marketing programs and special projects for The Mills, with or without external event management professionals, to enhance overall awareness, publicity and footfall of The Mills.
- Drive acquisition and activation through various programs and the CRM app.
- Create and promote content across online and offline channels.
- Initiate conversations, collaborations, and partnerships with internal and external parties, such as internal teams, tenants, agencies, etc., to create synergies.
- Execute community engagement programs and activities with potential users and business partners to drive social impact.
- Provide day-to-day customer service support, consolidate performance reports, post on social media, and support campaign executions.
- Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the retail or creative industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms management, with the ability to adapt to new AI technologies.
