Job Description


  • Answer client’s enquiry over phone, in presence or attend sales office of individual project
  • Make appointment with client for loan application, explain the terms and conditions to client
  • Assist in preparing loan documents to comply with internal procedures
  • Handle mortgage issues including monthly instalment collection by autopayment, direct debit authorization set up, partial repayment, redemption, demand action, loan restructuring, update client’s personal information, etc
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as requested
  • Provide administrative supports


  • University Graduate
  • Minimum 3 years’ mortgage lending business experience
  • Customer service-oriented, excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Strong Excel and analytical skills
  • Good command in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
