Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility study and assist in deal sourcing for potential site / property acquisitions and investments
  • Prepare valuation (including cash flow models) to support business decisions
  • Conduct market research and analysis for existing projects and ad hoc studies
  • Monitor market updates including the changes of government policies and economic environment, and assess the financial impact on investment
  • Assist in preparing business plans and monitor the progress and financial performance of existing projects
  • Coordinate the due diligence exercise with internal departments and external consultants
  • Assist in handling land matters and planning applications, including premium assessment and appeal procedure relating to lease modification transactions and land exchange
  • Conduct market research and review market practices to develop business ideas and insights for business development
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder, preferably in Surveying (GP), Real Estate or related disciplines. Degree holder in Finance or related discipline will also be considered
  • Member of HKIS / RICS is an advantage
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in property development / investment analysis / research and valuation in the property developers or real estate consultants in Hong Kong
  • Self-motivated, detail oriented and good team player
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Surveyor
