  • Lead a small team to provide 2nd tier technical support to users in all IT aspects, including VIP support
  • Provide regular review and recommendations for IT services including digital workplace improvement plan
  • Evaluate various IT solutions on the market to provide technical advices and implementation plan to management
  • Formulate the operation manuals, policies, and procedures to enhancement operation efficiency
  • Manage IT systems/services including O365, MDM, Manage Engine Desktop Central, PRTG, Cisco IP Phone system, Azure/AWS cloud applications; video conferencing tools including Cisco, Polycom, Zoom and Microsoft Teams
  • Liaison with vendors and system integrators to manage projects implementation to meeting business requirement
  • Handle system incidents, troubleshooting and resume service, including non-office hours support when necessary
  • Co-work with other teams to perform other infrastructure and operation duties and project supports as assigned


  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related disciplines
  • Minimum 12 years’ IT support experience in sizable companies and 5 years in similar role
  • Sound experience in supporting MS Windows/MAC OS and mobile devices (IOS & Android)
  • Must strong in MS O365, Windows Server, AAD/AD and hybrid-cloud infrastructure support
  • Familiar with Cisco networking, VC, IPT, Aruba/Ruckus Wi-Fi, VMWare, Veeam backup operations and MDM (Intune) solutions
  • Experience with ITSM operation and solutions e.g. ServiceNow will be an advantage
  • Knowledge on programming in VB script, Power Shell is an advantage
  • Technical certification in Microsoft, Azure/AWS, Cisco and ITIL is preferred
  • Self-initiative, able to work independently and need to provide support in non-office hour when necessary
