Clubhouse Officer/Assistant Clubhouse Officer

Responsibilities

  • Assist to prepare annual budget
  • Co-ordinate with maintenance, security, cleaning and other services contractors
  • Handle customers’ relations matters and complaints and take appropriate actions
  • Promote clubhouse activities
  • Prepare statistical reports for analyzing clubhouse facilities’ utilizations
  • Prepare monthly duty rosters

Requirements

  • Diploma or Certificate in related disciplines
  • Holder of First Aid
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
  • Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with pleasant and outgoing personality
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Good PC skills in MS Words, Excel and Chinese Word-processing etc
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Clubhouse Officer
