Infrastructure Specialist

Job Highlights

• Develop and administer corporate infrastructure
• LAN/WAN, Firewalls, System/Cloud platform & etc.
• Experience from PRC is highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the manager to develop and administer the corporate infrastructure including LAN/WAN, Firewalls, System/Cloud platform and other infrastructure areas
• Work and manage different vendors/system integrators in solution evaluation and project implementation
• Work closely with other teams to complete the assigned projects and tasks
• Explore, test and adopt emerging IT solutions to optimize infrastructure efficiency and performance
• Recommend standards and provide guidelines to build up enterprise infrastructure with industry best practices
• Monitor systems performance and take prompt actions in response to IT incidents or issues
• Develop and maintain documentations according to management requirement

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above in Information Systems or Computer Science
• 8 years or above in administering and supporting large-scale infrastructure (network and server farm)
• Experience from PRC is highly preferred
• Familiar with MS Azure, AD/AAD, O365 service support, IPT and video conferencing services
• Strong in VMWare and hybrid-cloud infrastructure support, able to work independently to deal with infrastructure emergency
• Holder of MCSE, CCNP, VCP, Azure/AWS Solution Architect certification is an advantage
• Good experience and skill in liaison with third-party vendors and project management
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Need to provide support in non-office hour when necessary
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as a Senior Infrastructure Specialist
• This position will be stationed in Hong Kong
