IT Manager – Digital Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Key leader of Digital Marketing Initiatives and drive project implementation of Marketing Automation Tools, Loyalty CRM, Mobile App and engagement portal across for Shopping Malls, Residential Property and key portfolio
  • Align digital journey across BUs and responsible for related system integration projects
  • Coordinate with consultants, system integrators, internal and relevant external organizations on project execution
  • Responsible for architecture design of digital blueprint and compliance standard; and participate in setup and configuration review with professional advice
  • Co-ordinate with IT infrastructure / security team for the technical requirement and technical solution architecture (if applicable)

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 to 15 years’ relevant working experience in digital platform development, of which 5 years experience at supervisory level
  • Solid and strong business sense on digital marketing solutions, Loyalty CRM, Mall Infrastructure, IoTs & carparking system integration
  • Experience in agile and/or scrum methodology and technology know-how of mobile technologies
  • Experience in enterprise grade CRM platforms such as Microsoft CRM & Salesforce is a plus
  • Strong negotiation and consensus building skills when dealing with internal customers, stakeholders and team members
  • Good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese
