Responsibilities

  • Review, negotiate and draft legal documents, assist in reviewing commercial and legal risks
  • Manage and follow up on litigation matters, in particular relating to property, property management and construction.
  • Cooperate with internal business teams to ensure operational efficiency
  • Be responsible for the implementation of group policies on compliance matters, perform ongoing progress to ensure legal compliance with best practice risk management
  • Provide sound legal advice to business teams on various legal matters
  • Manage relationship with external counsels
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinion on ad hoc matters

Requirements

  • Hong Kong Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years of post-qualified experience gained from reputable law firms
  • Solid legal skills in property and share sales, leasing, property management and other areas
  • Good drafting skill is essential
  • Strong and thorough legal analyses and research skills
  • Self-driven and demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese
