Responsibilities

Design and execute strategies for departmental (Property Management) sustainability projects

Work with internal and external parties to prepare departmental sustainability report independently

Execute, promote, monitor and evaluate departmental sustainability projects

Support teams in implementing sustainability projects through data collection & analysis to meet departmental objectives and goals

Research the latest global sustainability trend & incorporate them into departmental sustainability strategies
-
Create & maintain sustainability related contents for various communication channels
-
Conduct quantitative & qualitative analysis for compiling and consolidating reports
Requirements
- Degree holder in Environmental Science, Engineering or any qualifications demonstrating the understanding of sustainability
- Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience with sustainability compliance work for sizeable companies
- Knowledge of carbon accounting / verification and energy efficiency assessments and familiarity with prevailing international sustainability standards an added advantage
- Capable for carrying out both quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Proficiency in computer applications including data analysis tools and familiar with MS Office and Chinese Processing
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good planning, organization and project management skills
- Strong research, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
- Good team player and able to work independently under tight deadlines
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager – Sustainability
