Responsibilities
- Completion of annual audit plan, lead operational/ business risk based audits and follow up review
- Conduct risk management and assessment
- Enhance oversight on enterprise risk management and ESG related matters within the Group
- Continually improve audit proficiencies, workflows and practices
- Drives and promotes the vision of Group Internal Audit through maintaining a strong network across the business and building close partnerships with all stakeholders
- Provide mentoring, coaching and supervision to team member
- Perform consulting services and other ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting, Audit, Risk Management, Finance or related disciplines with relevant professional qualifications (e.g. CPA, CIA, CFA)
- At least 10 years of experience preferably gained from Big 4 or financial institutions
- In-depth knowledge and proven experience in enterprise risk management, ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) related issues and crisis management
- Experience in asset management/ investment/ equity and capital markets will be an advantage
- Strong analytical, communication and reporting skills
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
