Job Description

Responsible for mailing, internal dispatching of documents, distributing and collecting bank documents.


  • Handle delivery and collection of documents from other companies.
  • Handle bank-in, transfer and other banking related orders.
  • Handle mailing and maintain record of postage.
  • Handle internal dispatching of documents.
  • Provide general administration support e.g. conference room setting, relocation of workstation, refill of copying paper and distilled water, etc.
  • Assist in company functions, ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned by the management.


  • DSE / F.5 Graduates
  • 1-2 years’ of relevant work experience in office administration
  • Detail minded, initiative and able to work independent
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
  • Good command of English & Chinese
