DSE / F.5 graduates with 1-2 yrs of experience
Responsible for mailing, internal dispatching of documents, distributing and collecting bank documents.
- Handle delivery and collection of documents from other companies.
- Handle bank-in, transfer and other banking related orders.
- Handle mailing and maintain record of postage.
- Handle internal dispatching of documents.
- Provide general administration support e.g. conference room setting, relocation of workstation, refill of copying paper and distilled water, etc.
- Assist in company functions, ad-hoc projects and other tasks as assigned by the management.
- DSE / F.5 Graduates
- 1-2 years’ of relevant work experience in office administration
- Detail minded, initiative and able to work independent
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint is preferred
- Good command of English & Chinese
