Officer (Business Partner – China & Overseas)
Job Highlights
- Assist in HR functions of China & Overseas
- On/Offboarding, update staff handbook & policie
- Min. 4 yrs of exp., regional coverage is a plus
Responsibilities
- Assist and perform full spectrum of HR functions of China and some overseas countries (US & UK)
- Responsible for employee onboarding and offboarding procedures
- Work with local teams and external vendors on payroll processing (including pension and taxation) calculations and ensure payments are performed timing and accurately
- Keep track of staff records and personnel documents
- Maintain and update employee handbook, HR policies and procedures in various regions
- Take part in various HR initiatives, support CSR and employee relations activities
- Consolidate and prepare HR analytic reports
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of solid experience in all round HR functions, preferably with regional coverage
- Proactive, organized, responsible and detail-minded
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with can-do attitude
- Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
- Hands on experience in HRIS would be an advantage
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer – Human Resources
