Responsibilities

  • Perform full talent acquisition cycle from reviewing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, making offers, preparing employment contracts, etc.
  • Responsible for employee onboarding, work visa, reference checks and staff movement, etc.
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Explore and open new recruitment channels to attract talents
  • Maintain and update talent acquisition database
  • Create and maintain employee data records and personnel documents
  • Consolidate and prepare HR reports and analysis
  • Assist in the establishment and execution of HR policies & procedures
  • Support CSR and employee relations activities
  • Handle employees’ enquiries on HR matters
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years relevant working experience gained in sizable organizations
  • Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • Proactive, organized and detail-minded
  • Good communication skills with can-do attitude
  • Hands-on experience in MS Office applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Knowledge of HRIS and Recruitment Software Tools/Applicant Tracking Systems would be an advantage
