Responsibilities
- To maintain the brand name of developer during handover and beyond
- Works within the guidance of handover standard procedure
- Provide assistance for Customer Service Team during handover and beyond
- Handle the defect enquiries and complaints from owners and residents
- Work with EMO to follow up owners and residents enquiries and complaints
- Work with Project Team and ensure all defect rectification works and conducted in a timely manner
Requirements
- Finished HKALE (A-Level) / HKDSE or above
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in property handover or customer service
- Experience in handover of upscale residential properties is a definite advantage
- Abilities to interact with staff and customers in a flexible, proactive and efficient manner
- Fluent in spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
- Proficiency in Words/Excel/Powerpoint
- Self-motivated, be able to work independently and under pressure
- Candidate with lesser experience will be considered as “Assistant Officer – Customer Service”
- An initial 1-yr contract employment will be offered to the successful candidate. Renewable contract and opportunity to change to Permanent contract upon satisfactory performance.
