Responsibilities

  • Support various HR functions including talent acquisition and compensation & benefits
  • Assist in the recruitment process including placing job advertisements, arranging interviews, conducting reference checks, preparing employment documents, etc
  • Handle employee onboarding, probation arrangements and arrange orientation programs
  • Create and maintain employee data records and personnel documentations
  • Support the implementation of the new HR and payroll systems
  • Coordinate exit arrangements
  • Consolidate and assist in HR analytic reports
  • Arrange corporate social responsibility activities for the Group
  • Support research on market practices and statutory requirements to keep the team abreast of the market trends and development
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 2-3 years of experience in HR
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pro-active, attentive to details, good team player and strong data input accuracy
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes, policies, system, and employment laws
