Job Highlights

  • Diploma in Building Engineering / Building Service
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in building service
  • Handle repair, maintenance and refurbishment work


  • Handle and process repair, maintenance and refurbishment work orders for rental property
  • Follow up with addition and alteration work for properties of the company
  • Perform initial evaluations of building systems and distribute work assignments
  • Implement maintenance procedures and coordinate with other departments to streamline routine operations
  • Monitor contractors’ work execution through examining and overseeing contractors’ use of materials, work procedures, work progress and workmanship
  • Coordinate internal meetings to report and escalate arising problems in the course of renovation, repair and maintenance work at individual site
  • Draft and prepare contract documents, purchase orders and internal proposals for repair and maintenance works
  • Assist in preparation of work tender documents and detailed analysis of return tenders including liaising with the contractors quotation submissions, working plans and contractor selection
  • Observe, report and conclude Health and Safety issues within remit areas, undertake risk assessments around the sites, support accident investigation and prepare relevant reports where necessary
  • Handle disbursement of incomes and petty cash for site staff and maintain personnel records
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management


  • Degree in Building Technology / Building Engineering / Building Services or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ of experience in property maintenance / building service
  • Good interpersonal and organization skills, responsible and self-motivated
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer – Maintenance
