Responsibilities
- Conduct internal audit, make recommendations and ratify corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare and formulate internal audit reports, operation procedures, work instructions and checklists
- Monitor proper follow up actions are taken for the issues identified in site visits
- Participate in process improvement task force / quality & safety improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operation efficiency
- Prepare newsletter to promote awareness of quality, environmental protection and safety
- Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as requested
Requirements
- Diploma in Quality Management / Property Management or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in quality assurance, preferably in Property Management field
- Knowledge of related ISO practice in Property Management is preferred, such as ISO9001, ISO10002, ISO14001 and ISO 45001
- Good problem solving and data analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated, well-organized, able to work independently and hard working
- Good command of English and Chinese
