Job Highlights
- Month end closing and monthly consolidation
- Qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
- Solid experience in budget & consolidation account
Responsibilities
- Handle daily operation works
- Handle month end closing and monthly consolidation
- Handle monthly FRR reporting
- Liaise with external auditors and tax representative to ensure all statutory and tax compliance requirements are met
- Prepare schedules for annual audit and interim review
- Participate in system enhancement process and perform UAT where necessary
- Assist in annual budget exercise
- Prepare financial investment portfolio reconciliations
- Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management or team head
Requirements
- Degree or above in Accounting or Finance and qualified member of HKICPA, ACCA or equivalent
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in auditing, accounting and reporting with solid experience in preparing budget and consolidation accounts
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS an advantage
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good knowledge of accounting standards and taxation in HK property development and property investment and financial investment industry
- Able to meet tight timelines, independent, initiative with good analytical and communication skills
- Immediate available is preferred
