- Assist in all aspects of the investment process
Responsibilities
- Work with senior investment professionals in sourcing, due diligence and execution of various investment opportunities, mainly healthcare VC funds in US and China
- Assist in all aspects of the investment process, including drafting investment recommendations, presenting to investment committees, obtaining internal approvals, completing closing documentation and maintaining internal databases
- Be responsible of post-investment management of existing investments, perform regular updates and reviews
- Collaborate with various stakeholders on legal, tax, financing, deal structures, negotiation process etc
Requirements
- Bachelor, MBA or Master degree in finance / economics / any other disciplines
- CPA or CFA a plus but not required
- 3+ years of solid experience in investing in PE/VC funds and co-investments, preferably with relevant experience in the healthcare sector
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
