SH Waigaoqiao NF Science Park

Shanghai Waigaoqiao Nan Fung Science Park is located in the core area of the Shanghai Free Trade Zone, within the Waigaoqiao Bonded Zone. The park boasts a prime location and a concentration of the biopharmaceutical industry. The project has a total construction area of approximately 23,000 square meters and consists of three high-standard life science R&D and manufacturing buildings. It is equipped with a shared R&D platform, the “Compass Innovation Centre,” integrating life science investment and financing platforms and industry resources. It provides comprehensive value-added services, supporting the entire lifecycle of biopharmaceutical enterprises from early-stage research, pilot-scale production, to small-scale manufacturing, facilitating the translation of research into tangible outcomes.
