Responsibilities
- 操作和监控屋宇管理系统(BMS)
- 监控其他设施管理系统，如消防、照明、升降机等
- 记录及执行对屋宇管理系统(BMS) 设置的更改。
- 监控及报告异常室内温度、湿度、技术警报等。
- 记录任何异常值，包括传感器或相关屋宇管理系统(BMS)设备并报告
- 向工程主任/经理报告
- 执行上级委派的工作安排
Requirements
- 持有屋宇设备工程学／电机工程学文凭／证书或其他相关学科
- 持有效平安咭及持有注册电器工人A牌者优先考虑
- 具3年或以上操作屋宇管理系统(BMS)工作经验
- 能独立处理屋宇管理系统(BMS)操作
- 良好沟通能力
- 能书写中文及简单英文报告
