Job Description
Responsibilities
- Answer client’s enquiry over phone, in presence or attend sales office of individual project
- Make appointment with client for loan application, explain the terms and conditions to client
- Assist in preparing loan documents to comply with internal procedures
- Handle mortgage issues including monthly instalment collection by autopayment, direct debit authorization set up, partial repayment, redemption, demand action, loan restructuring, update client’s personal information, etc
- Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as requested
- Provide administrative supports
Requirements
- University Graduate
- Minimum 3 years’ mortgage lending business experience
- Customer service-oriented, excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Good command in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
