Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing, designing, coordinating and delivering training programs and employee engagement activities
  • Develop, prepare and maintain training materials, enrollment and attendance records
  • Conduct training data analysis and evaluation, controlling overall budgets and expenses, and compile training reports
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties for logistics and venue arrangement of various training and staff events
  • Support promotion and recruitment of trainee programs
  • Provide administration support and handle enquires for the Training & Organization Development Team
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management, Training and Development, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in in training admin, training coordination, training delivery, etc.
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player, easy-going and customer-centric
  • Fluent in Cantonese & English, Putonghua preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
