Responsibilities
- Perform full talent acquisition cycle from reviewing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, making offers, preparing employment contracts, etc.
- Responsible for employee onboarding, work visa, reference checks and staff movement, etc.
- Conduct exit interviews
- Explore and open new recruitment channels to attract talents
- Maintain and update talent acquisition database
- Create and maintain employee data records and personnel documents
- Consolidate and prepare HR reports and analysis
- Assist in the establishment and execution of HR policies & procedures
- Support CSR and employee relations activities
- Handle employees’ enquiries on HR matters
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years relevant working experience gained in sizable organizations
- Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations
- Proactive, organized and detail-minded
- Good communication skills with can-do attitude
- Hands-on experience in MS Office applications
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- Knowledge of HRIS and Recruitment Software Tools/Applicant Tracking Systems would be an advantage
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Officer – Human Resources
