Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Provide secretarial and administrative support including preparing documents and maintaining document database
  • Handle phone calls and take messages
  • Arrange meeting schedules
  • Establish and maintain filing system, compile inventory and record, take minutes
  • Retrieve files, records and other documents to obtain relevant information to respond to requests
  • Complete different forms in accordance with company procedures
  • Take initiative to improve administrative efficiency for the department
  • Assist the team with specific administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with 3 years’ secretarial or administrative support experience preferably in property developer, construction or architectural company
  • Good understanding of documents control during the design and construction processes
  • Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command on computer usage: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Chinese word-processing
  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
