Job Highlights

Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager to evaluate, design and implement the technical solutions to meet business needs
  • Provide tier2 IT support (plus VIP support) including Win/Mac computer and mobile devices, VC, security enhancement & etc.
  • AD/AAD, O365 (Email, OneDrive & Teams) solutions support and enhancement
  • Conduct the desktop’s OS image update and update OS and application patching
  • Assist to define standard and SOP to ensure good quality of the IT services and supports
  • Liaison with vendors to manage project implementations

Requirements

  • High diploma or above in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • 8-10 years’ experience in users support and applications support
  • Sound experience in supporting MS Windows/MAC OS and mobile devices (iOS & Android)
  • Proficient in Windows 10, MS Office 365 services (Email, OneDrive, Teams) and Windows Server related supports
  • Experience in Windows Configuration (AD, Group Policy), MDM, network switch, firewall, WiFi, and VPN will be an advantage
  • Good experience in supporting VIP users is preferred
  • Familiar with Video Conference (Polycom, Zoom, Teams) and AV supports
  • Technical certification in Microsoft, Cisco and ITIL is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
