Assistant Manager – Administration

— Office Administration

Responsibilities

  • Handle office planning, renovation, maintenance and procurement
  • Supervising and monitoring the work of office assistants and tea attendants
  • Registration and management of fixed assets
  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of all company warehouses/godowns
  • Track and purchase office supplies as required for the efficient running of the office
  • Prepare and assist in the collection of data for the monthly, quarterly and annual reports
  • Prepare reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence for department head and senior management
  • Support department head on day-to-day office administration operations and policies formulation where necessary
  • Perform any ad hoc task as assigned by the management

Requirements

  • Degree holder in related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in office administration
  • Cantonese, English and Putonghua (preferred)
