Responsibilities
- Closely collaborate with global business teams to identify users’ requirement and play an integral role to generate business insights and opportunities
- Keep abreast of and conduct extensive research on next generation industry trends as well as practices
- Conduct economic, real estate, capital market research within minimal supervision
- Work with various BUs to determine and assess identified pilot projects’ practicability and feasibility
- Articulate collective business insights through data-driven analysis to innovate real estate investment and asset management as well as other Group’s initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate/ Science/ Investment / Finance
- Demonstrated ability to independently carry out research tasks and perform financial modelling
- A team player and self-starter who is detail-oriented and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua (preferred)
- Experience in capital market and life science would be preferred
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Vice President / Senior Vice President
