Job Description

This position is a member of the BIM team providing assistance and support to the Nan Fung BIM team and project teams in the process of digital project delivery

Responsibilities

• 2D drafting, 3D & BIM modelling and visualisation as requested by Nan Fung internal teams
• Communicate with project teams for consistent BIM execution for coordinated project delivery
• Review of BIM deliverables by consultants to ensure timeline, standard and quality are up to company standard
• Provide technical support to project teams and assist in BIM application including maintenance of CDE, modelling, visualisation, clash detection and data engineering
• Preparation of promotional material on application of BIM, submission of BIM awards and publications
• Other duties as required by the BIM Manager

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma in related disciplines
• Candidates with CIC CCBC or CCBM certificates may be preferred but not a must
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience on 2D drafting, 3D modeling and BIM coordination
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Capable of using rendering and visualisation software for presentation
• Experienced in common BIM software and tools such as Revit, Navisworks and BIM 360
• An ideal candidate must have positive attitude towards learning any new technologies, skills and tools to solve problems
