Responsibilities

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for HCM solutions
• Assist Project Manager to develop project plans, including schedules and resource allocation and monitor project risks and dependencies
• Conduct gap analysis and identify areas for process improvements
• Collaborate with the technical team to design and implement solutions that meet business needs
• Provide guidance and support to end-users on HCM and related processes
• Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure solutions meet business requirements
• Stay current on HCM trends and best practices, and bring new ideas and solutions to the project team

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Study / Information Technology or relevant disciplines with 5 years or above working experience as a Business Analyst in the support and solution implementation
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Knowledge of HCM processes and solutions, such as Payroll, Benefits, Learning and Talent Management is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with project management methodologies
• Experience in ERP/HCM solution rollout, HR system integration would be an added advantage
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English
