Data Engineer

Job Highlights

• Data engineering, modelling & database development
• 4yrs+ data warehouse experience
• Python, SQL, AWS, Databricks, Delta lake, PowerBI

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud-based data infrastructure and implement data lakehouse architecture
• Build end-to-end data pipeline to automate the data consumption process from various data sources to enhance data use from frontline business
• Automate the data ingestion of market data through API/web scrapping/OCR etc
• Develop analytic dashboards and feature store
• Support data scientists and different business end users from real estate across different geographies on requirements, design and specifications to facilitate the data-driven investment strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related disciplines
• At least 4-6 years of working experience in data warehouse
• Expert in data engineering, data modelling and database development
• Experience in data analytic and dashboard development
• Knowledge in AWS, Databricks, Delta lake, PowerBI
• Hand-on experience on Python, SQL
• Basic understanding of machine learning is a plus
• Working experience in real estate industry is preferred but not a must
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, writing, and oral communication skills
