Job Description

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal reporting materials on China portfolio for senior management
• Conduct financial analysis and monitor the financial performance of existing China projects
• Liaise with different departments and external parties (e.g. joint venture partners, advisors, and consultants) to ensure smooth project execution
• Prepare internal presentation and memos, financial analysis, data room and information memorandum on existing China projects for potential divestment
• Prepare investment memos, build financial models and conduct investment analysis on potential investment projects
• Assist in investment and divestment execution, including deal structuring, due diligence, financing, legal documentations, etc
• Conduct market research and macro-analysis for existing and potential projects
• Handle inquiries from internal departments and joint venture partners related to project execution and operations
• Coach and mentor direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform in their roles
• Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned by the senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Accounting/Finance
• Holder of CFA (or related professional qualifications) is an advantage
• At least 5 years of experience in property / investments (or related industries), with investment banking experience is a plus
• Self-driven, proactive and eager to learn
• Excellent in written and verbal communication in Mandarin and English
• Proficiency in PC and strong knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
