Manager – Talent Development

Job Highlights

• Support the Group’s talent & learning strategy
• Support on PMS, OKR & instant feedback process
• Support the Group’s talent development programs

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the Group’s talent and learning strategy with focus on performance management system, learning and development
• Support the management and review the Group’s performance management system, OKR and instant feedback process to connect people effectiveness with business goals.
• Support the execution and review talent development programs to address business needs and build a health talent pipeline
• Collect, analyse and provide insights from talent related data to the Group that support management from making talent management decision
• Drive the culture of continuous improvement and pursue for excellence through develop and execute impactful initiatives
• Support day-to-day management, including to coordinate resource planning, budget planning, project planning and communication planning. Monitor fiscal control, report on any deviations identified and recommend corrective measures where necessary
• Support other regular business-as-usual and ad-hoc projects as required
• Coach and support the professional development of the team to enhance their knowledge and skills in the respective specialist areas

Requirements

• With at least 8 years of HR experience in learning and development or talent management
• Solid stakeholder management and project management skills with strong experience in designing and delivering high impact programs
• Knowledge of learning trends, best practices, innovative learning programs/initiatives and market solutions
• Detail-minded, well-organized and self-driven
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• For candidates with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager
