Officer – Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits) (Contract)
Responsibilities
- Responsible for compensation & benefits functions and employee relations
- Support payroll and benefits administration in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to overtime (OT) and annual leave data management
- Create and maintain employee data records, personnel documents, employee handbooks and policies
- Arrange and coordinate corporate social responsibility and employee engagement activities for the Group
- Support research on market practices and statutory requirements to keep the team abreast of the market trends and development
- Assist internal and external audits whenever necessary
- Coordinate with related external and government agencies whenever necessary
- Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years’ of experience in human resources management
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Detail-oriented, meticulous, self-initiative and a good team player with enthusiasm
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge in HRIS is definitely an advantage
