Officer – Human Resources (Compensation & Benefits) (Contract)

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for compensation & benefits functions and employee relations
  • Support payroll and benefits administration in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to overtime (OT) and annual leave data management
  • Create and maintain employee data records, personnel documents, employee handbooks and policies
  • Arrange and coordinate corporate social responsibility and employee engagement activities for the Group
  • Support research on market practices and statutory requirements to keep the team abreast of the market trends and development
  • Assist internal and external audits whenever necessary
  • Coordinate with related external and government agencies whenever necessary
  • Perform any ad hoc responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years’ of experience in human resources management
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Detail-oriented, meticulous, self-initiative and a good team player with enthusiasm
  • Good command of English and Cantonese
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in HRIS is definitely an advantage
