Manager – Information Technology (Digital Workplace)

Responsibilities

  • Lead corporate application team on digital workplace, corporate human resource system and corporate financial & treasury system
  • Understand business needs and work closely with different teams and stakeholders to deliver high quality business solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members
  • Ensure a stable and secure application system without exposing the business to any operational risks or compliance regulatory issues
  • Coordinate and support IT Infrastructure/Security team for the technical requirement and reporting requirement from users for system integrated approach (if applicable)
  • Manage overall project resource, investment, timeline and deliverable quality; provide regular review and status update with stakeholders on project progress, risk management and change manage
  • Manage vendor to deliver projects against the highest standard including development, quality assurance, UAT, production launch and subsequent maintenance support
  • Coach and develop direct reports to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to perform their roles
  • Perform duties and other special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Information Technology, or related disciplines
  • 10 years or above experience in system analysis and project management
  • Proven track record of digital workplace project in business process workflow management, document and knowledge management, e-signature, and workflow automation with RPA
  • Strong project initiation and management skills to drive project & system implementation and be a change agent
  • Experience in applying Microsoft O365 to the company employee digital workplace
  • Experience in MS SharePoint, MS Teams apps development, and related integration will be an advantage
  • Experience in mobile application development will be a good plus
  • Knowledge in C#, .NET Framework, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework, MS SQL Server, HTML5/CSS and JavaScript
  • Knowledge in workflow engine would be definitely a good plus
  • A good team player, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
