Officer – Human Resources (HRIS) (Contract)

Responsibilities
- Provide support to the implementation project of HR system
- Support the team to customize system settings, workflows, and interfaces to align with HR policies and processes
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process, performing necessary data cleansing and validation
- Conduct UAT to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and user experience
- Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting system issues, answering inquiries, and guiding users on system navigation and best practices
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects when assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in HR system
- Experience in Workday is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Pro-active, attentive to details, good team player and good problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
