All key customer service staff working for the Property Management Department are fully experienced with relevant academic qualifications and professional memberships with industry organisations such as Housing Managers Registration Board, Hong Kong Institute of Housing, Chartered Institute of Housing (Asia Pacific Region), and the Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators.

In June 2011, Friends of the Earth (HK), one of Hong Kong’s most active green groups, interviewed the Property Management Team for its “Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment” issue. The article highlighted Nan Fung’s environmental achievements at its various management properties which reinforced the Group’s commitment to “Green Strategies”. These achievements include “green” elements such as a rooftop garden, and electric vehicle parking and charging facilities which are being progressively added to its management properties to provide an improved eco-friendly living environment to occupants and residents.
As a socially responsible Group, Nan Fung cares about its staff and the community. In recognition of this, in 2012, Main Shine Development Limited, Vineberg Property Management Limited and Hon Hing Enterprises Limited were awarded the “5 Consecutive Years the Caring Company Logo” while New Charm Management Limited was awarded the “5 Years Plus Caring Company Logo”.
In 2011, the four property management companies also received certificates for being a “Family-Friendly Employer” under the Family-Friendly Employers Award Scheme.
