Job Highlights

  • Communicating with internal administrative units; data processing and preparing regular reports
  • Managing the Society’s account with the external auditor, including budgeting, invoicing and payment
  • Handling the Executive Director’s meeting and travelling schedule
  • Undertaking administrative responsibilities in venue booking, answering public enquiries and providing logistic supports to make the Society’s office run smoothly; and
  • Supporting the delivery of annual events led by the program team


  • Possess a university degree in business, accounting or language studies, preferably with some working experience in a non-profit or professional association or in an academic institution setting
  • At least 5 years of working experience in office administration
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Be organized, reliable, attentive to details; and responsive to changing situations during project management
  • Applicants with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
