Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the implementation project of HR system
  • Support the team to customize system settings, workflows, and interfaces to align with HR policies and processes
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process, performing necessary data cleansing and validation
  • Conduct UAT to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and user experience
  • Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting system issues, answering inquiries, and guiding users on system navigation and best practices
  • Assist in any ad-hoc projects when assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in HR system
  • Experience in Workday is a plus
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Pro-active, attentive to details, good team player and good problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines
