Acquired in 2016, 138 Cheapside is a 80,300 sq ft office building with retail units located next to the St Paul’s Cathedral. A refurbishment programme to reposition the building was completed in September 2019, which involved a new roof terrace, centralised MEPH plant replacement, as well as enhancements in the reception and other communal areas.
