Acquired in 2016 via partnership with Innovo Property Group, 24-02 49th Avenue is an 800,000 sq. ft., 7-storey warehouse/light manufacturing and office property with a 2-storey annex. The project is located directly across from Hunters Point subway and LIRR stations, various bus stops and the Long Island Expressway. Majority of the project’s office space is leased to New York City Housing Authority with the remaining space slated for Class A office conversion.
